I initially hired Donnie back in 2005 for a family court matter. The situation was handled and I walked away happy. Ten years later and new evidence has surfaced in regards to the same 2005 case and the only attorney I wanted to handle my case was Donnie!!!

I have worked with Donny numerous times on several different types of matters. He is absolutely dedicated to his clients and the success of their matters, and is meticulously ethical. He has wonderful temperament and yet is not to be trifled with if you are an adversary. In short, he sets the standard for how lawyers should practice. When referring matters to Donny, I know that they are in the very best possible hands.

I had a accident in 2010 that left me physically unable to perform any kind of work duties or any active activities like before for that matter. I went with my previous laywer for advice and consultation to see what we can do, if any, about the accident. After a certain time, he informed us that he was retiring and was not going to be able to continue to help us out, but referred us to Mr. Daniel Epstein. Of course, we worried in the beginning because we were going to deal with a new lawyer and start all over. But in reality, that was the best decison he made was to refer to us to Mr. Epstein or Donny.... The truth is that he treated us with care, professionalism, and also gave great advice toward my condition. He kept me informed throughout the whole process and made sure I understood everything that was going on. In my opinion he is an exemplary lawyer with with a top notch staff that I would recommend to anyone who is need of a EXCELLENT LAWYER.

I hired Mr. Epstein to handle my divorce. He handled it professionally and got the job done with the best possible outcome. He is sharp & on the ball and knows how to take control of the situation. If I ever need a lawyer, I wouldn't use anyone else.
