My mother got in a car accident 3 years ago and we have been through so much since then. With the help of Michael Heck and his team communicating, explaining our options in each situation that came our way, it felt like things were going to be fine. Donny Epstein, Michael Heck and Shawn Feeney all treat me like a family member - no matter when I call and for whatever need or question I have. And my case is relatively small compared to others, I'm sure. They bend over backwards for absolutely everything. My guess is that anyone who has a bad experience is uptight about their legal issues and transferring their frustration. I've had known lawyers take a week or so to get back to me on bigger cases than this! Epstein & Ostrove is A#1 !!

I was involved in an accident that injured me. I was initially introduced to a firm that treated me like a number (a dollar sign). The significance of my injury was not taken seriously and I honestly did feel defeated.
