He took on a job to held with an Anchor Tax Rebate issue and has blown me off and ignored me. He would tell me he was done but just had to review it. Then no response. Then personal issues. Then almost done. Tgen ignore me. After months I still have no resolution.

My situation was very complex yet he was patient with me and always took the time to explain the process to me so that I would understand what needed to be done.
