Alison is an extremely knowledgeable, caring, attorney. What we originally expected to be an easy sale of a house turned out to be much more complicated deal. While another attorney tried to scare us and tell us we needed multiple attorneys. Alison just said we can handle this and walked us step by step handling everything for us so we didn’t have to worry. She goes above and beyond for her clients. She was able to handle every aspect of the deal herself and looked out for our best interests every step of the way. Cannot thank her enough.

We sold our previous home recently and Alison represented the buyer. There’s a radon issue which couldn’t be resolved on time and therefore we paid a deposit to Alison’s account to have the transaction closed first. Alison’s paralegal was the worst at updating us in the progress (when Alison told us that someone would update us tomorrow, it never happened). Maybe it’s because Alison didn’t represent me. But communication with people on a case is a very important aspect of the job. That’s not how I would treat someone I work with (either with a shared interest or not). Update: this paralegal called Donna said she only deal with my attorney, which is a funny way to evade from the fact that she's lazy and unprofessional. My attorney is a extremely good communicator, she passed along information whenever she got it. So basically the way Donna worked with my attorney is doing nothing - no update, nothing. And she sent out check in a plain envelope without any tracking, thinking her job's done when she shipped the check away. This person should be fired.

Alison and her team is AWESOME! If you are looking for a real estate transaction and an Attorney who would guide you right throughout the process, it’s Alison! She takes time with the client and advises after keeping best interest of client as a priority. We went over couple of transactions with her team and even though first one was cancelled, her approach and priorities working with client did not change. We reached out to her multiple times with our questions and she was prompt in all her communications. She is thorough in all validations and checks required to be done on transactions and we felt at ease throughout the process with her leading discussions with lender, seller attorney and real estate agents. She would be out attorney in future for any transactions and I would highly recommend her for any real estate needs to everyone!

There is no reason to choose anyone but Alison to handle your realty affairs. We just closed on our Edison home with no delays and no miscommunications between the parties involved. This was our third closing using Alison for both buying and selling our homes. She consistently handles all matters and every challenge calmly, expeditiously, and professionally. I had the worse experience with Alison and her staff during closing. They would only respond after days of not responding and myself or my realtor had to follow up multiple times. I was basically chasing them to do their job and no one showed any interest. They do not value their clients at all so eventually I had to change attorneys. Find yourself a lawyer who cares...unfortunately that is not Alison.

Alison and her team once again never disappoint for the closing of my two homes. They are thorough, always responsive and handle obstacles quickly. Thank you again Alison and team!

I’m not a vindictive person ,this review is to save anyone the heartache of picking the wrong attorney to close your real estate deals I was recommended to Mrs Kosberg at the sale of my family home she contacted us 1 time for 2 months the day she was retained,I have people who want there house and she never called me back when I called an NEVER CONTACTED ME AT ALL IN 2 MONTHS! Then she tells you sorry I missed your call (6 calls an 4 texts ) The most unprofessional attorney I have ever dealt with! I looked at google reviews an see she also did THE SAME THING BEFORE LEAVING CLIENTS UN UPDATED AN LEFT WONDERING WHEN SHE WILL CALL AND NEVER DOES CALL OR RETURN CALLS DONT RISK YOUR LEGAL EXPERIENCES WITH SOMEONE WHO DOESN'T TAKE THE TIME TO CONTACT YOU & Doesn’t think your time is valuable Real estate attorneys are involved with peoples most valuable assets THERE HOMES Lesson is read the reviews an always put the worst reviews in front because those bad reviews can end up being you ( she did the same thing in a previous review)

It would be hard to find a more knowledgeable and caring legal representative than Alison. My entire family has used Alison’s services and had the same excellent experience. Her staff is , also, the best. I recommend her most highly.

We recently moved from NYC to the suburbs of NJ and Alison represented us on both the buy and the sale. The sale was all done via mail but our purchase required that we go to her office for the closing. We felt extremely safe and comfortable there as she has taken many precautions to create a COVID safe environment. Since she works very hard and very long hours, communication with her and her staff was never an issue. Her professional attitude and expertise is remarkable and we would definitely recommend her to our friends seeking legal representation.
