Before I start my review I just want to say that there is no exact word to say how Thankful I am that Gurnani & Gurnani is my lawyer,, I came here in the US as H1B in 2009 , I opened up my Social security number and pay my taxes , 2012 Atty. Gurnani renew my Work Permit and got approved , I had problem in 2014 because of some uncertainty and also my company can no longer continue my sponsorship, It was rock bottom , I received a notice from USCIs About my status , it was the lowest point in my life , But Atty. Gurnani appealed and never give up on my case , I have also Approved Petition from my Sister which was filed also by Atty. Gurnani , as an immigrant who only wants a better life and future in this country doing it the right and legal way was so tough , it’s like an obstacle course challenge , It was December of 2014 I met the love of my life and we got married in 2015 , Atty. Gurnani advice me and wife to file a petition on my behalf giving the circumstances but we still have to wait until my wife became a citizen , it was tricky and long shot but our Love to each other give us a strong faith that all things will be alright,,my wife became a citizen and Atty. Gurnani never waste a time and Adjust my Status , until our interview date Also Atty.G was there for us guiding every step of the way ,,this year 2019 I got my green card , and Me and my Wife are renewing our vows next year 2020 , if you think of me and my wife story it was almost 10 years or a decade of process but what matters is Atty. Gurnani and Gurnani law will be there and stand by you..

Mr. Gurnani and his staff were very courteous and helpful in preparing the petition and responding to RFE. Easily accessible to discuss questions or concerns and always have a mitigation plan during contingencies. Mr. Gurnani has tremendous knowledge and expertise in Immigration Laws. Mr. Gurnani guided us from the beginning of immigration process ( LCA filing till final green card). He explained the process and communicated very clearly at every step and even when i changed job couple of times. I have been in contact with Mr. Gurnani and his staff for almost 5 years , until last year when I finally got my GC. Mr. Gurnani and his staff ( particularly Michelle ) are very knowledgeable and provided right guidance on my case since start. My case was a little complicated as we had to file FOIA for documentation from earlier organization. This team helped me through the PERM process end to end . Finally I was able to port my date and received my GC last summer. Mr. Gurnani still helps me with my questions on maintaining my PR status or any additional questions I have. Approached Mr Gurnani for assistance with our Naturalization application. Ours was not a straight forward case since we lived in multiple countries after we acquired our permanent residence. Mr Gurnani and his staff were extremely helpful - they explained the laws, documentation required to be submitted with our application and even helped complete and review the application. We did have some minor processing delays at USCIS and were asked to provide additional documentation after the initial interview. Mr Gurnani was diligent through out right from the very first consultation and until we completed the naturalization process.

My green card processwas initially handled by sponsoring company's attorney. For all wrong reasons both my perm and I140 filings were messed up. I almost waited 8yrs just for the perm approval. Baring all this frustration, after my I140 approval I approached Mr. Ramesh Gurnani to file EAD, AP and I485. Mr. Ramesh went through my case and gave me honest opinion and realistic answers. Just within six months after filing I485, I got my green card. Thorough documentation and his insight in immigration law is wonderful. Staff at his office is very helpful with my queries and response time is very minimal. I will 100% recommend Gurnani&Gurnani for all immigration needs.
