UNPROFESSIONAL, UNRELIABLE. THEY HAVE NEW EMPLOYEES FROM INDIA EVERY YEAR..SOMETHING TO DO WITH GREEN CARD FILINGS.... WHO ARE UNFAMILIAR WITH THE US TAX CODES. MY TAX RETURNS HAD TO BE CORRECTED TWICE BY ANOTHER FIRM.
