We had our adjustment of status applications filed through Chugh firm in New Jersey. As it turned out there was a huge influx of applicants with their filing dates turning current in one go and everyone scrambling to get their adjustment applications filed on time. This impacted Chugh firm as well with this sudden spike in volume but they were very courteous and professional through out the process. Our applications were reviewed thoroughly with emphasis on potentially avoiding a request for evidence for any missing information or documents. We were even advised to submit our medicals along with our initial filing and this helped a great deal with our final processing times.
