We had our adjustment of status applications filed through Chugh firm in New Jersey. As it turned out there was a huge influx of applicants with their filing dates turning current in one go and everyone scrambling to get their adjustment applications filed on time. This impacted Chugh firm as well with this sudden spike in volume but they were very courteous and professional through out the process. Our applications were reviewed thoroughly with emphasis on potentially avoiding a request for evidence for any missing information or documents. We were even advised to submit our medicals along with our initial filing and this helped a great deal with our final processing times. From H1B transfer, extension to green card filling all done from Chugh. The team is responsive and efficient, for me, they insisted on few documents which I had to get from previous employers and I was trying to avoid but they clearly told me the risk of getting RFE, if those documents are not submitted. I would recommend them and would contact them for EAD process too.
