I was an L2 holder supported by my husband's L1. When he received the approval for his permanent residency, I wasn't able to file as his dependent for a green card. I had consultation with 3 different lawyers, all of them instructed me to leave the US immediately and file the process from Brazil. With two kids under 9 years old, there was only 2 options for my family: I would stay illegal or the whole family would return to Brazil. In the middle of all this nightmare, a friend mentioned that he had an interview with Ms. Sodette. I scheduled an interview over the phone. We were very impressed by her energy, understanding, knowledge. Ms. Sodette was so passionate and certain of the steps we needed to take to resolve my case, that we decided straight away: - let's trust her and go with her recommendation. Unfortunately, my experience with Sodette K-M Plunkett & Associates is not good at all. I found their team very unprofessional, they should work with their client, and educate them so they know what to expect in their case and what to do. There is a lack of communication.
