I found Larry on a Google search for Landlord Tenant Attorney. Read the reviews and decided to use him for a tenant dispute last week. The reviews were spot on! Larry was GREAT!!! He and his team were always prompt in replying to my inquiries regarding my case! He was very thorough in his discovery and interaction with the opposing counsel. We were even able to settle out of court with excellent terms.
Also considering I was out of town on business he was again able to make life easier on me otherwise I would had to have flown across the country to come to court and interfere with my business at the time!
I would highly recommend Larry to anyone.

As landlord renting my first 2 family house I want a lease agreement that would protect me in the best way. Mr Lawrence drafted up a lease agreement for me that was detailed , persice and covered all bases . I would definitely use him in the future and recommend him .

Just called to get advisement on a tenant-landlord issue. The lawyer Larry himself picked up the phone. No hold time, no secretaries/assistants"taking down your information" and "will get back to you". Just a guy with a great attitude on the phone answering my questions. This law office is the best I've ever used when it came to any real estate dealings between leases two purchases they are fast affordable and most importantly when you call they pick up and get back to you right away. He is my go-to and my family's go to when it comes to his practice. I highly recommend them as he is very knowledgeable and there's no better protection then an attorney who knows his stuff.
