I highly recommend hiring Mr. Centanni for representation in Landlord/Tenants matters. I own a house that I wished to evict tenants from, and the case was a little bit more complex than a typical eviction case because my reason for eviction is that I wish to personally reside in the house, and the tenants were extremely tenacious in resisting my request to vacate. Mr. Centanni made sure that I had all of the proper paperwork filed with the city, and complied fully with the law regarding serving notices, so that we could bring the case to trial. The case actually had to be argued over two sessions due to the complexity of the matter, and my burden to prove my sincerity in taking up residence again in my house. The tenants are what you would call "professional tenants" who are very skilled with representing themselves in court due to tremendous prior experience in eviction court. Fortunately I had the right attorney representing me though. Mr. Centanni got the job done, and the tenants are finally gone from my house, so that I can now move in. Thank you Larry!

Mr. Sanzone is one rare breed in an ocean full of sharks. He was professional and most importantly honest. He went straight to the point and said that unfortunately, he could not help my son with an issue he had with the Waterfront Commission and that he would not take our money.
