Getting into an accident is terrifying. Having to deal with insurance, doctor's appointments, and everything else is even more terrifying but Arlene made it such a breeze. Last summer my grandmother fell at Target due to a wet floor and broke her dentures and split her lip. Arlene was so quick and helpful to get my grandma fast treatment and was able to communicate with her effectively in spanish which is my grandmothers native language. She is 90 so scans and MRI’s had to be arranged as she was on blood thinners and any fall might be risky. Arlene worked with Target to make sure all of the medical treatments necesarry were covered. We are very satified with the outcome and have recommended her to many of our family and friends.
