Song is a MUST CHOOSE property purchasing attorney. Song recently helped us purchase real estate with litigation issues. We ran into a series of issues about nailing down a loan because of this litigation problem. When we started negotiating with the seller, Song warned us that the contingency of mortgage approval is important for your case because this property is under litigation issues. After deliberation, we vetoed her suggestion. But it turns out to be a huge issue - as the lender bank really gives us a hard time approving this loan. During that process, we regretted not listening to Song's suggestion. What makes this transaction an exceptional one is that - Song also holds a myriad of knowledge about property loans. She stepped in offering us suggestions on negotiating with the lender bankers on how to expedite the loan process without suffering from potential risks. And eventually, she helped us secure the loan with all the risks very well managed. Phew, we had a great relief, along with an impression - What a great lawyer Song is!
