I assumed that going through bankruptcy was going to create a lot of stress in my life - more than I was already experiencing due to all of the debt that I accumulated due to illness and a relocation. But, I have to say, once I got through providing all of the necessary statements and other pertinent information to Jaclynn, nothing has been easier. I immediately felt confident during our first meeting that she would handle all of the details associated with the filing and I knew she would be prepared on the day I would meet the Trustee. My perception was completely accurate. Once we were called by the Trustee, we were out in less than five minutes because she was prepared with every document that was requested - unlike some others that were having difficulty. What I appreciate most about Jaclynn is that she is calm, collected, lighthearted and highly efficient.
