The purchase of the condo was particularly arduous due to some extreme unprofessional behavior from teh other side of the table. Melissa remained professional throughout and frankly her counsel kept us from cancelling the deal all together. Additionally, her knowledge of the legal process and constant support and accessibility made the process much easier than it could have been. Annie and the rest of her team are great to deal with as well. All in all, highly recommend Melissa and her staff.
