This man will use you and will completely drag your case on to no end. He will take an email and make it into 5 emails then charge $80 for each one. He will have you convinced that your about to win your case just do an order to show cause then charge you $6k and do barely anything when you go in front of a judge. Don't use this man.

I’m so glad that I called Brian Iton for a consultation. We spoke for over 15 minutes and in that time he gave me more information about my legal rights and options than I could have imagined in an initial telephone conversation, all at no cost. I immediately felt much more at ease with my situation. Retaining him was easy and we accomplished what I needed done in a reasonable timeframe at a very reasonable rate. Brian is the most professional and humble lawyer I've ever met. I needed a lawyer for my divorce and he's made me feel like family from day one. His advice was always genuine and he never nickeled and dimed me on every little email and call. His non confrontational but effective way of handling any situation blocked all of the malicious steps my Ex and her lawyer were taking.
