I would like to highly recommend Margarita Golden from The Golden Group. I was overseas and had to close on a sale transaction of real-estate.. The transaction was complex (renter was still in the apartment) and I had various issues that came up with the buyer that required resolution. Rita handled everything so professionally with calm and ease that made it made a complex transaction into a very easy one without nerve racking and stress that comes in this situations.
