My wife and I had a fantastic experience with Rita. She was extremely knowledgeable, responsive, and professional. We encountered some unforeseen and challenging issues with our home purchase, but Rita was able to help us resolve them. She was extremely courteous, yet aggressive with the sellers attorney when appropriate. Would not hesitate to use her firm again, and will certainly recommend to friends and family.

I bought my first home 20 yrs. ago and forgot how brutal that process could be. Margarita guided me through the process and was there to answer all of my questions from beginning to end. Very responsive.

I had a really difficult time selling a co-op. After multiple lawyers, I hired Rita to handle the closing. She was able to close a difficult situation in record time without any issues. She is clear on what needs to be done to close on a co-op and is very well organized. I trusted her work and very pleasant to deal with. I would recommend Rita on RE deals, especially difficult COOP situations.
