Mr. Mondello handled a matter in his area of expertise, “Crimmigration” and Post-Conviction Relief, and he and his staff were excellent! The possession of marijuana and guilty plea have been vacated, and the immigration issues have resolved. As a lawyer myself, I can really recognize the excellent job attorney Ron Mondello did for us, and I will continue to recognize him in the highest possible terms!

Ron was a true expert in being able to "un-do" a multitude of my legal missteps from over 20 years ago! He removed convictions and vacated other pleas that were not in my best interest. Moreover, he was expedient in what he did. Because immigration cases are a time-sensitive. My family and I could not be happier with the representation that Mr. Mondello provided! He was , to coin a phrase, worth every dollar. My immigration matter was serious, non-violent, but serious and he made it all go away.

Ron was asked to represent a family member of mine. He proceeded to go above and beyond all expectations. The final result was a ruling in our favor. Will never consider another attorney in the future.

Unfortunately I had to use the services of Mr. Mondello Law Practice more than once for DWI's. Which occurred seven years apart. I returned to him after 7 years because I liked his no nonsense approach to the case at hand. as a client twice he was upfront and clear about the cost of my legal fees , fines and court cost. There were no hidden fees for consultations. Mr. Mondello always showed up to court early and always had knowledge of the Judge and prosecutor. In both cases Mr. Mondello looked spoke and performed the way I always dreamed a lawyer shoulde. I would recommend him to family and friends.

Mr. Mondello breaks the mold. He is an excellent, lawyer whom you know you can trust. He is efficient, knowledgeable, responsive, personable. He IS the lawyer you want to handle your case no matter the size. He understands you and is a very good listener who talks to you, not at you. If possible I would give him 6 stars. He has helped me out. While I am happy that I needed his guidance only once. I know, should the need arise, I can reliably depend on Mr. Mondello!

Mr. Mondello is a very intelligent adviser on legal matters, he is also a very caring lawyer to help me get out of problem. I highly recommend him to anyone needs legal advise in the fields he is specialized in. He is also quite honest when it comes to a cross road, he would provide alternatives and options for client's decision.

Ron was very helpful from the beginning by explaining my options and putting me at ease. He was very professional and got back to me quickly. He and his staff kept me up to date with information at all times, including a phone call reminder for the court date. At court, my moving violations were reduced almost completely (much better than I had hoped) and I was able to keep my license and my job. Thank you again Ron!

my father and i showed up at mr mondello's office in passaic, nj after i had been unjustly given three irrelevant tickets. being a new driver, these three tickets that carried a total of 4 points would ruin my driving history and raise my insurance fees, something i cannot afford. right from the start, he assured me that my case would be no problem. in the end, the judge ended up giving me no points and the cop that gave me the tickets and i shook hands and there were no hard feelings.
