Unresponsive and unprofessional
“Very unprofessional and unresponsive!! I spoke to someone regarding foreclosure paperwork delivered to my home by a woman who showed up at my door. I advised that I had no knowledge of anyone on that docket and requested to be removed. Days later, I receive the same large packet TWICE! I have called repeatedly and no one returns my call. At this point it is feeling like harassment.”

Excessive and unnecessary communication
“I surrendered my house 6 years ago back to the bank. My bankruptcy was discharged 2018. These people have sent 4 HUGE packets so thick that they are wasting paper, ink and money. Has anyone returned to sender? I have called the 1st time. They said ok. Plus I gave them my lawyer's #! I'm returning to sender with a big note on the packet. Idiots!!!”
