I was recently arrested for possession of marijuana in essex county. This was my first time being arrested and charged with a crime so ultimately I was more worried about having a criminal record than anything else. I had used Mr. Hammermans services in recent months for a traffic case involving a few serious citations and I was extremely pleased with the results (low fines and no points) so I figured i'd give him a call and see what we could do about the criminal matter. Unlike other lawyers i've dealt with in the past, Mr. Hammerman was accessible and very personable throughout the entire process. He made me feel very comfortable and confident about the matter and assured me he would do all he could in order to make sure my record stayed clean, which was my main concern. In total, I made three different court appearances related to the case.
