She helped me file for annulment (which I received in short order), but she was careful not to rush the process and put a second motion for divorce in the same case to make sure that, if the judge's personal biases affected their decision, we wouldn't have to go through the exact same process again. She was flexible when I was uncomfortable with the initial higher retainer amount and she was very honest in billing and the refund of the unused retainer after the case.
