After responding to two debtor complaints with answers, motions and interrogatories ...we needed a New Jersey barred attorney to appear in court and negotiate on our behalf at the last minute. Mr. Bullock came highly recommended from another New Jersey debtor law firm and did not disappoint. He is extremely knowledgeable in the area of debt negotiation and was able to settle out both cases for less than 20% of what was owed! When we had questions, he went above and beyond in explaining the law or just sharing a witty story about his legal experiences. Mr. Bullock is very personable and respected even by his adversaries. I would highly recommend him to handle negotiation and/or litigation matters.

I found Scott Bullock on the internet after I received a letter from the attorney of a debt collector. He told me to contact him again after I have been actually served the lawsuit. A few weeks later, I was served and I contacted Mr. Bullock again and he promptly filed an answer. In the end, he was able to negotiate a settlement for about half of the original amount. It was important for me to use an attorney that specializes in debt defense and I'm happy with the outcome.

We have used Scott in the past for wills and a house closing. Most recently he represented us for a traffic offense and he did a great job having the charges downgraded to a no points ticket. Scott is very responsive and easy to work with. We would definitely recommend him as a great general attorney who can handle many different legal matters.

Scott did a very good job understanding the situation and working for our best interest. A few college students arrested at a private home for partying and loud music at 11pm on a Saturday night. Charges were dismissed, thanks to Scott.
