They didn’t help my case at all.No guarantees is what Barry said in the beginning.Your staff didn’t show-up to zoom court on two occasions! Do you know how incompetent that made all of us look? Totally inconsiderate and Very Unprofessional. I would not recommend to anyone.And when I write my story about it all happened in Bergen County you will be mentioned , as well as Judge Jerejian and every other unethical attorney involved.

I've known Barry several years now and recently have become a client on aviation and elder care issues. Barry takes great care in being in constant contact which is a rare find with an attorney. Most attorneys I have worked with take a huge retainer and then it's like pulling teeth getting their attention and no one has the sense of urgency like you (the client) except for Barry and his team. I would not hesitate to give Barry a shot for all your legal needs.

DO NOT HIRE HIM nor JENNIFER RYAN! I paid him $3000 upfront in June 2020 for my probate matter. No communication all summer long, I had to call the courthouse in November 2020 to get info on my case. It was never filed. Tried to contact his office and the number was disconnected! They sent me bills $60 for a email, $300 for a 10 minute phone call etc. I had to hire another lawyer. My new lawyer had to go to the courthouse to get my file because they would not send it! Once my NEW attorney looked over the file EVERYTHING WAS WRONG! So I lost my money and 6 months worth of time. CROOKED CROOKS!! I am putting in a complaint every place! BAR Association up next!!!

THIS IS ABSOLUTELY TRUE OF YOU BARRY! This is a 100% true review of Barry Janay. STAY AWAY FROM BARRY JANAY!! Of course he will dispute the truth about his dereliction. What a crook!! They don't know what they're doing at all, they don't even check for updates on laws in their area of practice!! It cost me over $7000 for NOTHING!! THEY CHARGED OVER $1200 FOR WRITING A LETTER by USING A TEMPLATE THAT STILL HAD OTHER /PREVIOUS CLIENTS NAMES STILL IN IT!! COURT DATE WAS 08/08/2023 AND LETTER OF OBJETION WAS WRITTEN ON 08/0702023. I HAVE THE INVOICES!! SNAKE OIL SALESMAN. HE YELLED AT ME, HE IS NO LONGER MY REPRESENTATIVE. HE IS A 3 YEAR OLD IN A SUIT. I'm sure a man with his "disposition " is abusive to many people. If he yelled at me when I was paying $400 an hour, I can only imagine how he treats his wife and daughter.

My name is Aaron Barnard. Barry Janay amd his associates are crooks and derelicts that cost me over $7000 and he didn't even talk to me. They made negotiations without my knowledge and tried to rush my case through. Just a bunch of CROOKS!!!
