I hired Ms Sprague to work on an intense custody case! After first retainer was received Jessica was very responsive however not actively working on the case! She asked for an additional retainer to which I denied and luckily I did because she didn’t file any motions on the case since 2 months after retainer was received! She totally ghosted me for months but was very active on social media! She is beyond unprofessional, lazy and negligent! Please look else where! I wish I read the negative reviews first before hiring!
