I am a self employed woman who has minimal spare time outside of my business on a regular basis and then I was nominated as Executrix after the passing of my Mom in April of 2014. I really had no idea what that title was comprised of until I ran into #legal deadlines not being met in a timely manner, will distribution not incorporated into my initial Attorneys plan, amongst many other disturbing issues. I went online and interviewed a couple more Attorneys in NJ who just didn't make me feel comfortable. I inadvertently came across #DayPitney@DayPitneyLLP while I was comparing terms on a contract that didn't make sense to me until… low and behold I accidentally stumbled across Mary Lou Parker's name- who has truly been my saving grace!! Everything we have done to date has been seamless. I live in Florida and the #Estate is in NJ. We correspond via email and phone on an as needed basis to minimize expenses (really- finally someone caring enough to look out for my family's best interest- #WOW !) The transfer of files is routinely sending a flash drive so we are all on the same page to discuss files. To date, she has clearly defined what has to happen, when it has to happen and what my responsibilities are to make it happen. The communication lines are wide open and very clear. I would highly recommend Mary Lou Parker to anyone seeking #EstatePlanning in the hunt for great representation with a very professional approach.
