I had a very bad ankle injury and I connected with Joe Mirabondo. Joe is the kindest, friendliest, sincere, family oriented, determined lawyer that I have ever met in my life. He tried a very difficult case for me and because of him, I had a very positive outcome. It was a lengthy process, but Joe and Jahaira kept me informed every step of the way when I was anxious, nervous, or even felt discouraged. They fought for me and did not stop. Not only as my lawyer, but as a person in general, I have never met are more authentic empathetic person like Joe in my life. Being a single mother of four boys, Joe definitely made their future brighter. I cannot say enough about Joe, Jahaira and the firm. I will forever be grateful. I highly recommend him.

Let me start with I didn't know what to expect going into this. But within days I felt very relaxed and confident I was in good hands. Any questions or concerns I had were quickly answered and resolved. All correspondence was immediate. No waiting for answers. Jennifer was a godsend through the whole process. She talked to me with respect and understanding no matter how silly my questions might have been.And when I had issues with insurance,she called them herself to help me deal with them. Kim, although doing her job in the background, was a fabulous lawyer working to get us the maximum amount available. I can see Jennifer and Kim are a great team. This is i believe my third time using this law firm and I strictly ask for Kendall Medway. He's done all my cases and understands my needs and takes into consideration of my situation.
