I recently worked with Joan from Mr. Wang’s office for the closing of my house purchase in Closter, NJ, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. There were some complications because the seller requested to stay in the house for several months after closing, but Joan handled everything with exceptional professionalism and expertise. With her help, the closing and transfer were incredibly smooth, without any glitches. Joan was always on top of every issue and reviewed all the documents meticulously. She and her assistant took the time to explain every detail of the contracts and documents with patience, making sure I understood everything thoroughly. I highly recommend Joan for any real estate transactions and look forward to working with her again in the future.
