Wanted to share an excellent experience at Song Law Firm. It being my first car accident, I had no idea what to do, what the process would be and all that. When I reached out to them, staff members kindly answered my questions and helped me. Throughout the entire process, the attorney, Mr. Mossi, also kept me well informed about my case and answered all my questions every time I had one. What a shame!! I had a consultation with one of the lawyers at this firm, of course with $200 fee, back in January regarding a case that has jurisdiction in South Carolina. Consultation went good with helpful information as I was told I had a strong case even though It is out of state case. They said I can file a complaint in state of NY. So, I decided to proceed and requested for the work scope including the cost associated with filing the complaint. But there were no response from this firm until now, after couple of reminder calls, only to learn that they are not able to proceed with the case because of the jurisdiction issue that were put in effect recently. They said I have to find another firm or someone that has jurisdiction in SC. I said "Excuse Me!!" and asked how recent was this issue came about? They said fairly recent about 2 years ago....I said you gotta be kidding me!! The lawyer who called me today, who was not the lawyer provided the initial consultation , sincerely apologized about the misleading information. What do you think? Do you think this is a professional and reliable law firm? Maybe my case was not a significant and not worth for them, but I would think twice about going with this firm for any cases.
