My H1B petition was approved recently, and I enjoyed my experience working with them. My employer falls into the CAP exempt category for the work visa based on the fact that it is a not-for-profit organization and have on-going projects with higher education systems, but they never filed as a CAP exempt before (they used to go as CAP years ago).
The attorney (Jack Hong) directed me through the filing process, telling me what information to collect (like employer's information, my personal information, and the evidence showing my company's cooperation with the universities). Whatever I did was to collect what he asked for, my employer reviewed and signed the documents Jack provided (forms and petition letter). In the petition package, they also included a cover letter from the attorney with very clear out line of what was included in the package, and provided a strong argument showing my employer falls into the CAP exempt category. The case was approved on the sixth business day upon the receiving date.
What I appreciate the most:
1. The effectiveness of the attorneys' work. They always pick up phone calls and responded to my emails when I got questions through out the process. I keep a clean inbox for myself and I am always expecting my emails be responded to within one day, otherwise I will start making phone calls to follow up. However Jack always responded my emails within a couple hours, which is very efficient. Sometimes I had concerns I want to talk about right away, the operator would forward my phone calls to Jack and he is always available to pick up the phone calls and answer my questions.
Jack was very detail oriented and had a strong sense of professionalism through the time we worked together. He tried to make some changes in the petition letter regarding my job description to make it looks more major specific right before we send the package out to USCIS, and I really feel he was really paying attention to those details. Also, I was told by Mr. Lee, the supervising attorney of my case, that Jack worked on a Saturday for my case because of the approaching deadline, which is my OPT expiration date.
The whole process of the petition starting from me signing up with the firm to the petition received by USCIS was 8 weeks. I was toward the end of my current student visa, and there were some waiting time for my employer to get the checks and review the letters from my attorney, but when it was in the hand of the attorney's side, they never dropped the ball.
2. Great management, great team members. I liked the way the attorneys worked together to get things done. Jack Hong was the attorney assigned to my case, but it was not just him. There were two or three attorneys other than him supervising my case all the time, so even when Jack was not available, there was always someone that is available to me.
Dongwon Lee was the supervising attorney for my case, we had a conversation over the phone once when Jack was on his sick leave. Mr. Lee is very patient and answered all my questions and concerns over the phone, and told me that he could totally understand my situations because he had the same stressful experience years ago. Those comforting words are quite appreciated since the process of the petition was really stressful especially it was never done with CAP exempt before. They worked in a professional way because they never said glamorous promising like guaranteeing me of my case or something I may like to hear. I feel they are quite honest with today's situation with the immigration system today, it is as it is. It was a tough case.
3. Reasonable priced. I am not sharing how much my case was, because the attorney fee varies with the harsh immigration weather today, but their price is quite reasonable in comparing with other firms I consulted. The consulting fee of $100 was deducted into the total attorney fee, which is really neat. With the quality of work they performed based on my case, the price is worthwhile every penny they are paid.

Dishonest people. After I experienced domestic violence, I searched help from them and they told me that they could help me get the medical bills paid by my exboyfriend at the expense of 2500. When I asked them what the letter I got from the prosecutor means, they told me that it said nothing important. However, when I turned to another attorney in NJ, he told me that the letter says there was free legal help available to victims of domestic violence in order to get the medical bill paid.
