Good.

My attorney is professional in handling my case. Whenever the seller’s agent came to me, I just asked them talk to my attorney. I believe they did a lot communications among different parties but that’s what I am paying for. The seller was trying to pushing back not repairing the leak in the bathroom, which is unacceptable. My attorney was strong enough to fight for my interest and we finally reached a deal. I would recommend the firm to my friends.

We hired Song Law Firm for a tenant landlord issue and were very disappointed with their service. Our attorney apparently took on our case without having any experience in dealing with landlord tenant issues in NYC. We were billed with thousands of dollar for his research. When asked about how our case would proceed, the information presented to us was vague and inaccurate. Ultimately, we consulted and hired a new lawyer who was more knowledgeable about the case. We communicated with the Song Law Firm to dispute the invoice via calls and emails, but they refused to modify their charges even though their work did not yield any results and ended up costing us more time and monetary loss. Overall, I do not recommend this firm based on my experience working with them. I thought it was irresponsible and unprofessional for the firm/attorney to take on a case that they have no expertise in and refusing to take responsibility for their service (or the lack of).

I recommend this law firm to anyone with any kind of legal problems. Song Law Firm was very friendly and really put in the time and effort to hear me out. The lawyers seem to have a lot of experience and knew exactly how they could help me with my problems. Their website seemed very well-organized and informative too! I was able to find similar cases to mine and was able to read about how successful they were on the other cases.

Very kind and considerate attorneys. They really listened carefully to our legal issues. He told us exactly how the case would proceed and really took our case as if it was his own personal matter. 10/10 would retain Song Law Firm for our future legal issues.
