After thirteen surgeries, multiple procedures and over two months in the ICU, all due to the negligence of one of my doctors, I was referred to Michael Maggiano to pursue a medical malpractice case. My wife and I hired Michael Lizzi for a personal injury case. Mike is not what I typically think of when I hear personal injury attorney. He is a pleasant, affable, patient man. He always took the time to educate us on our options and made sure we were comfortable with the plan being implemented. He was always courteous and willing to listen. Dealing with a serious injury, Mike would take the time to understand how we felt while making sure that our strategy was the best possible course of action. Mike was persistent through the case. From initially engaging with Michael until the end of the case, we always felt like we were his top client. That was from his caring, knowledge of the case, and constant action and communication. My wife fractured her right ankle when she slipped on ice on the driveway of our apartment in the winter of 2017. We held our landlord responsible for the incident, and it was rightfully so. Like any other parent the last thing you want to hear is that your child got into a car accident.
