Humanity is the impression I had when I first met Michael Maggiano, owner and Attorney of Maggiano, DiGirolamo & Lizzi and his team. Michael and Lawyer Daniel Lattera came directly to my home while I was confined to my couch with a constricted back brace, cast on my leg and shoulder strap ready for numerous surgeries to come. Where do I begin, I thought and they reminded me over and again, we want you to tell your story. Always tell the truth and we will all tell your story. Michael, Lawyers Thomas Boyle and Daniel Lattera were my teachers and mentors throughout this complex managerie. I was a novice at litigation and I am now injured with permanents and their compassion really was my guiding light through this nightmare. They are brilliant! I heard many good comments about you but you did not took my case and you left me alone in worst moment in my life. I had a big injury and clear case but maybe for you too complicated and "small" even you said "there is no case to small".

I have visited this firm many times for the mediation services of Judge Tony Sciuto. He's an excellent mediator. Always working. And, a nice guy. As I've told him, he was always the judge I wanted for my medical malpractice trials, but I never had him designated for my cases.

I was involved in a car accident where I had extensive injuries along with permanent damage. Michael Lizzi was who represented me. He was fantastic! Michael was easy to get in touch with at any and all times of the day, he answered my calls/emails without any delay in time, and thoroughly explained what we were doing and why (being that I’m not familiar with legal terms, it was greatly appreciated). He goes above and beyond for his clients. Michael even met me at my job due to my work hours. I’ve referred him to a few people I’ve come across that were involved in car accidents. I even carry his cards around with me! He is absolutely THE BEST. I can not thank him enough for all he has done for me! Michael Lizzi is that person you would want standing beside you. Chris DiGirolamo helped me when two other attorneys rejected my case because they said it would be too difficult to win. Not only did Mr. DiGirolamo tell me he had an theory that was going to win, he delivered and got me more money than anticipated. He kept me updated on all developments and always asked me if I understood the process and had any questions. I was very grateful that he gave me so much input and kept me apprised of all the good and bad issues regarding my case.
