Simply unacceptable. We were more traumatized by this office than the actual accident

I want to share to everyone about my great experience with Jae Lee Law. I got into a car accident 7 years ago which was in year 2010. My case was won and completely closed almost 2-3 years after. However, only one medical equipment invoice was an issue and I had to deal with it until this year 2017. I was hesitating to contact Jae Lee Law at the beginning because, my case was closed already and was pretty long time ago. However, I did speak up to Jae Lee Law and guess what? Jae Lee’s team responded me very promptly and arranged an attorney for me immediately. Again, it was happening 7 years ago but they still take care of me as same as before. My case went up to the Court. Yes! Won again!! Jae Lee herself is so nice and wonderful! The staff and lawyers are so professional and kind. When you email or call them, they will always reach out to you in time. For Jae Lee Law Firm, there is no such a small or big case! All cases are important and even, it doesn’t matter how old or new! I had a wonderful experience with Jae Lee Law. I went through a trauma 4 years ago. Got into a really bad car accident were i was the passenger on my way home from college. Jae Lee herself is so nice and explains everything so wonderfully. The staff and lawyers are so accommodating and you don't feel lost. Any questions you have about your case they will alway be more then happy to explain. I also got the treatment I needed after the accident as well. It Took about 3 years for the settlement to be finished. All my bills were payed in full once I received the settlement, they took care of the medical payments so I'm not sitting on any collections. And whatever is left over you keep obviously. If you get into an accident a d you are not at fault and need a good lawyer, they are the law firm you want handeling your case. My mother came to Jae E. Lee's firm with a very complicated auto accident case that left my mother with permanent injuries to her vision and back . The case was rejected by other firms, so we were initially worried that Jae's team would also decline. But Jae listened carefully to our case, showed a lot of empathy and thoughtfulness, and accepted our case. She and her team kept us informed through a very long arduous process that included an insane amount of paperwork from numerous doctor visits and surgery. Shane Sullivan, the key lawyer on our case, was incredible to work with. He didn't let a single detail get dropped or over looked. He explain everything with utmost clarity and answered all our questions and concerns with amazing patience. In the end, Shane resolved our case to satisfying results. We cannot recommend Jae E. Lee's team, especially Shane Sullivan, enough for anyone who's looking for excellent, competent representatives for their legal case.
