personally I want to give more than 5 stars, extremely recommend. This is my wife's case and I get more than double what I expected. Their step are good fighting with medical bills

We went to Jae Lee after my mother passed away from a car accident She was constantly reminding us how the person who caused the accident was suffering after she caused the death of 2 people but never mentioned how this caused deaths of 2 healthy individuals She also lied on several occasions the last being that she would hire a private investigator to find info about the other party which I found out later that is illegal so unethical and incompetent Edit 11/8/2017 The case is still not completed Edit 12/20/2018 After finishing the settlement, we received a call from a bonding agent and was told because the attorneys used all the names of the siblings in the suit we had to pay for a renewal of a bond I didn’t even know about. The surrogate office was also surprised at the handling of this case.

I first met Ms. Jae Lee back in 2014 on my mother's injury case after witnessing some very disappointing arrogant BS lawyers of "I KNOW EVERYTHING.". Her first impression was definitely different. Instead of talking about how much money my mother would get for the case, she worried about my mother's injuries and how she would help my mother get the best treatment and get well soon. Since then, I feel very confident what Ms. Lee is doing for my mother. As a matter of fact, she also helped my father to receive some insurance claim money we gave up fighting the insurance company. Mr. Yoon Ki Kim under the supervision of Mr. Martin Cedloz from her firm, fought hard and long time on his business loss claim. The best part is that she did not even charge anything. She said it is her courtesy of handling my mother's case. I am in an insurance industry where I have to deal with a lot of lawyers and I know the characteristics. However, Ms. Jae Lee is one I would recommend to anyone around because I can feel the humanity in her. What can I say anything else.

Stopped it last week due to a car accident that I was involved in. I was walking as a pedestrian and was hit my by a car but on the police report, it was stated saying it was my fault for being careless. I did some researches on the google and saw this firm along with all these positive reviews. At first, I was a bit skeptical, but after talking to him for 10 minutes, he was trying his best to help me understand where my position is. He also tried hard to help me understand what I did wrong, also told me what the driver did wrong. My case just started last Friday, and Mr. Brian Park told me I would need to wait another year to settle this case so I have long journey ahead of me. But with Jae Lee, Law Firm. I am in good hands! I had a car accident 2013 and, I was recommended to Jae Lee Law by my pain management doctor. They have been so efficient and professional in handling my case which brought a very positive outcome. My case manager, Brian Park took very good care of me throughout the entire process and was readily available when I had questions about the case. Jae Lee and her staff explained to me that I could get the help that I needed and that I would be okay physically and financially. Throughout the entire process I was kept well informed and all the necessary contacts of doctors, hospitals and insurance companies were handled by the firm. I am very pleased with the overall service they provided and most importantly the results they got me. I would highly recommend them to everyone.

I called this attorney office to get consultation on minor injury at a store, and left voice message. But I didn't get any return call for 3 days. And I called again to confirm that the attorney heard my voice message, the attorney said they don't deal with the case. I was so disappointed about their attitude because at least they should have given the return call to explain why no, even though it would not be worth to make a money. Unfortunately, the attorney didn't give any explanation why they don't accept the case, and just hang up the phone with a brief greeting to say, "I was try to call".. hmmm.. so disappointed. I just hope they realize that the better service is the better reputation . 좁은 한인 사회인데, 상당으로 전화 멧세지를 남겼는데, 왜 수임을 하지 않는다는 이유도 없고 연락도 없으면 좀 변호사업으로서는 실망스럽습니다. 당연히, 저에게 그런 답변을 줘야 할 의무나 책임도 없지만, 이 업도 사람을 상대로 하면 최소한 리턴 콜은 줘야 하지 않은지....
