I can't say any better about Nelson. Professionalism is a given but I dont think Ive seen any other lawyer so diligent and responsive. Ive had few hiccups throughout my home purchase and once I sent an email to him at 2am for him to read first thing in the morning....got a detailed response in 10mins....enough said imo :)

I chose Nelson to help me purchase my first home because of all the positive things I read about him, and all the good things said were definitely warranted. He is essentially available all hours of the day, even responding to questions I ask him late at night. He is always on top of things, and when issues arise, he gets it resolved quickly. This was everything I looked for in a lawyer, and I'd definitely work with him again in the future.

As a first time home buyer, Nelson help us a lot from the start to the end of buying the condo unit we want. He is knowledgeable and responsive to our questions and needs. In our case we don't have a realtor, so sometimes we ask him a few favors to do but he doesn't mind. We also ask his opinion and advice about a situation that is very difficult for us to decide. I gave 5 star to Nelson for his overall service, expertise and professionalism. We highly recommend Nelson and will definitely ask him again to be our legal adviser for future plans.

Nelson helped me with almost back to back closings on two properties. He answered all my tedious questions clearly and patiently and always kept me updated when communicating with all parties. He stayed on top of everything and made sure everything was flowing as it should.
