We wanted to put a review for Nelson Kong after working with him on our first property purchase over the last couple of months. We selected a CO-OP unit in Fort Lee, NJ and were lucky to be partnered with Nelson to represent us as our attorney. As we expected, the process of purchasing a co-op can be more involved and complex compared to a single family home or condominium, but thanks to working with Nelson all the important steps we had to go through were as smooth as can be. He totally was "clutch" in the important or stressful situations, ensuring we could stay on top of other parties to avoid delays, communicating negotiations regarding needed repairs and costs, connecting all the other 3rd parties related to our closing, etc. Nelson got things done for us and was always super responsive and also patient (it was our first purchase, so we had lots of questions along the way) and we are now homeowners!
