Worst entitlement from a person I've met, her attitude deserves less than 1 stars. I hope her work ethics is better than her personality. Update: I'm not sure what you're referring to, but I'm not the owner of any business. I'm simply a customer who had a negative experience with someone's attitude. I felt it was important to share my feedback. Perhaps you should focus on improving your customer service skills instead of lashing out at strangers online. Also, the fact that you're having issues at a spa...yeah that says enough to prove my point.
