Very unhappy with services. Process was not explained well, application was messy and thrown together then almost as expected, once it was turned down, an offer to make proper changes that should have been done correctly the first time was made at a cost higher than the original application.

Scott made our Trademark process easy, didn't overcomplicate the process, was very helpful, followed up regularly and fair in pricing as well. Less than six months & I have registration certification in place.
