Very- very unprofessional

4 weeks ago I met with attorney Sean who agreed to take my case and told me of all the things he could do and how he would quickly file my motion. I signed retainer aft immediately and paid. Heard nothing from his office for a week. I reached out, and got his Paralegal Amy. She assured me that the info sheet that I needed would be sent. That took another few days and phone calls on my end. I filled it out and returned it right away. I kept asking when would my motion be filed. Each time she stated she just needed to get in contact way the courts so that she could have information from my previous filings. I understood. That never happened. So I searched for the information myself and hand delivered it to her and Sean days ago. Today she tells me I’m missing information on my info sheet, which I’m not, and she can’t file a motion. A whole month completely wasted, nothing accomplished, just a ton of stall tactics. If you are looking for an attorney who is efficient, truthful, and has integrity, do not deal with this firm. Thousands of dollars and not one thing done. I will also be filing claims, reporting them, and leaving reviews on every public platform available to me.
