The cherry on top was that Herb came to our closing to make sure there were no hiccups. If it wasn’t for them we would not have been able to close on such a tight timeframe. I will never forget the drizzly Monday morning of June 4, 2018. Driving my car to the bus stop, just 3-minutes from my house - I was hit by an SUV coming out of a convenience store parking lot. I had just enough time to say, "You can't be serious"; and suddenly, I found myself plowed across the the oncoming lane and into a grassy area. I was just driving to work and my day ended in an emergency room with a gash in my head and a crushed knee. I knew I was entitled to be heard by an objective party and anybody that witnessed the accident would have concluded the same but my immediate health condition was the priority. And the first responders were there to help in about 10 minutes. The very next day, I did not even hesitate one hour past 9am, I called Ellis Law. I gave my name to the receptionist and spoke briefly about the incident and my condition and later that day I was contacted by Herb Ellis himself. He was methodical, calming and he immediately aligned himself and the full resources of his firm with my needs and the matter at hand. He was compassionate and accessible and not haughty or fast-talking. I was educated by him and came to find why he seemed to be so successful - his name was his honor and his word was his bond. He took questions from me that he had been asked a million times by others, I am sure; and he never made me feel undeserving of a contextual answer. I met him in person to go over my insurance coverage, to show him the scars and to find out what the optimum strategy should be. I was introduced to his son, Jonathan, a lawyer there and other attorneys with whom our position was crafted. All said, I was extremely happy with the outcome and being able to settle without going to court and having to relive the incident. The team of lawyers that finalized the settlement were knowledgeable and forthcoming with options. We finally settled and I could not have been any more pleased with the seamless delegation and firm-wide dedication to my matter. I felt like I had a force working all angles and delivering more than what was expected. I would highly recommend this firm and the strong professionals of Ellis Law that provide the breadth of talent for the average guy going through something that most of us have never been through before. It is over now but I look back and know I made a wise choice in Herb Ellis and Ellis Law Firm.

Herb and Steve really are miracle workers. I spent 30 minutes looking for a law office that would have great communication and offer a payment plan and Herb did more than just that, he made me feel confident and happy with my case. I was looking at a really hard case with some big consequences, and Steve did wonders in court and got me the best deal possible. I HIGHLY recommend these guys because I truly am happy and feel so blessed to have had them work hard for me. God forbid anything happens again, I’m definitely calling my man Herb for help!
