Excellent service by the firm and Mr. Herbert himself had helped me come out of a traffic case with zero traffic points. Mr. Herb was friendly and he explained me, with details and facts, the predicament I was in while briefing me the possibilities of the courses the case could take and the outcomes each course would reach. His expertise and experience were outstanding and he had put me in a comfortable position before the court appearance. He explained me the nature of the tickets I had received and understood that I was innocent. He himself called me over phone in his busy schedule to provide me necessary and sufficient information along with suggestions and advice-even on issues outside the case- that had made me feel comfortable, safe and optimistic. He values relationship and he believes that his professional ethics centered on this good-natured relationship with his clients as the prime force behind the track record of his professional success. The office employees (Mr. Keith and Ms. Gwen) of the law firm were available in the working hours and intimated me on court schedules and case information. Whenever Mr. Herb was unavailable, his office had made sure to put someone responsible over phone to clear my doubts on the case. My overall experience with the firm is thoroughly positive and I, with great confidence, would personally recommend him to my friends and others.

Several months ago I found myself in the scariest situation of my life. I made the foolish mistake of driving after having too many drinks and I was stopped by the police. Next thing I knew, I was handcuffed in the back of a police cruiser and on my way to Jail. After being in jail for several hours, I was picked up by my sister and she recommended Herbs office. As soon as possible I made an appointment and off I went to Herbs law office. Soon after I arrived, I met Herb. I really have to say, after I spoke to him I felt a lot better. He is a very kind and very compassionate lawyer and puts your mind at ease. He really does make you feel like you are part of his family. I was facing 7 months to a year license suspension and an Ignition Interlock Device for a year. Herb swore to me he would work and fight very hard for me and get the best possible outcome. After a few weeks went by I spoke with Herb again and he told me about his strategy. I wont get into the strategy here, but I can tell you it was unconventional and the results were better than I thought they would be and I ended up with a 90 day licence suspension. I will always be grateful to Herb and his team for making a horrible situation tolerable. I hope none of my friends or family find themselves on the wrong side of the law but if they did, I would definitely recommend Herb and his law firm.

Herbert Ellis is a great person and passionate lawyer. During my experience with him, he did his best to place my mind at easy and support me in any way that he could. He is very professional and the only lawyer that was willing to sit down with me and hear my case from my point of view and not just over the phone. At the end, Herbert brought my 12 point in counting tickets to no points.

Very polite and professional. Direct and honest, and makes you feel welcome and comfortable in his office. Office is clean and organized. Staff are friendly. Supposed to be good lawyers, but be prepared to wait even if you have appointment. Some lawyers & paralegals good but don't follow up, others talk to you like you are a child & one rude man actually did a step-by-step explanation of the legal process. Parking in back
