Mr. Bestafka is by far the best family law attorney in Monmouth County. He is very diligent, thorough, but most importantly compassionate to my needs. His support staff was amazing....which is very important. I recommend this practice to all in need of professional guidance with reliable results.

Andrew is a no nonsense lawyer, does not get into playing legal games. With that said he is a pit-bull with those attorneys who insist on playing games. I went to see Andrew with a sensitive family/business matter. I talked to one attorney before who said it was gonna be a very long and expensive process. Then a friend recommended Andrew.
