I was in the office with Andrew fora free consultation on defence for child custody and visitation. He was superb! Didn't rush, fully answered my questions, stated all pluses and minuses of the case. Offered his assistance but consulted on what I had to do or say if I appeared in court by myself. Did not try to sell himself, just reasonably explained the different options of defense. He was also the only one attorney who fully read the proposed agreement and commented on it for free. Also suggested what we could do to enforce it in court without his envolvement. He was very personable and understanding. His assistant is great as well. While I was filling out the forms, she answered a call and was very patient and personable with the client about his issues with the spouse in preparation for tomorrow's court. It is important to know that there are still people like them out there. People who are looking out for you and not just making money on you. I would highly recommend Andrew and will use his services if we cannot reach the agreement ourselves. Five stars Mr. Andrew Bestafka!

When I first met with Andrew I had no idea how my life would change. The first consultation Andrew took his time and answered all of my questions. I hired him and my divorce was done in 5 months. In a way, he helped save my life. I never felt the severe stress of my divorce, because Andrew took care of everything for me. He handled everything and I believe my divorce was painless compared to what it would have been with another attorney. I would use him again anytime! He's the best!
