“After hiring her and giving her all my medical records, I waited 11 months only to find out she never sent in my appeal to disability! My accountant tried to contacted her it took several times by phone & E-mail. She was finally reached and what Pam Johnson told us next was shocking to say the least. She had the file and written the appeal but must of forgot to "PUSH THE SEND BUTTON" I had spoken to her and sent E-mails over the last 11 months. Was she saying she never opened the file and noticed???”
