A few years ago, I retained Mr. Mendelson as my Lawyer. He was recommended by another Attorney who knew Mendelson would be better suited for the job.
His assistance would fall under the Education Law category. He helped me to mitigate a mutual agreement between myself and the other party at fault for discriminatory practices. He became my voice and took all the burden from me. I hope he is always available to represent me if I ever need a lawyer again in the future.

Howard and his team were so helpful with my divorce and child custody case. When it comes to child custody it still feels like moms have the upper hand, but with Howard's help I was named Parent of Primary Residence for my son's. He was also able to insure that I receive maximum parenting time with my children with all but two overnights a month in our home.
His rates are fair and the quality of service I received was excellent. The best is never cheap, but I believe Davis and Mendelson's services are an excellent value.

He states he is in the business to help your children but truly in the business for money for himself! I had to deal with 2 other attorneys during process from his office because he was too busy. He persuades you in to taking deals that aren't beneficial to your children and yourself. My advise would be to seek someone else. After the entire horrible divorce process, then he charges interest on balance! Now as a single parent, paying the balance alone was bad enough now interest too! He is so insensitive to his clients situation. Divorce is a horrible experience alone and just made worse by struggling through it with this attorney.

Mr. Mendelson does not explain to you that depositions, interrogatories, and countlesss meetings and gathering of information that he does is totally useless unless you go to trial. He assures you that by going to trial you probably will not do as well as the "deal" he got you. As the time your divorce hearing draws near he dissuades you from going to trial by explaining that the cost of going to trial will be an additional $50,000. My bill was $65,000 without a trial. He charges interest on your unpaid balance even if you are making payments every month. I paid him a minimum of $1,000 per month and he ended up collecting over $5000.
