David is an extremely knowledgeable and professional attorney. David guided us throughout the entire process and was frequently available to answer any questions we had. I just used David to assist with the purchase of a renovated property. David was wonderful to work with. Unlike my experience with other real estate attorneys I was not dealing with his clerks primarily but directly with him. Not only that but he made himself available seemingly 24/7 to help get the deal over the finish line. There were so many hiccups along the way and David's wealth of knowledge was invaluable in helping hold our naive hands along the entire process from start to finish. Anyone purchasing a new property should certainly consider using him. There is no one I've dealt with who will take care of you and advocate for you better than him.
