Customer service is poor no the so call lawyer never calls you back i will never recommend anyone I know to this company they don’t even get one star and the so call assistant is horrible

Russell is by far the best bankruptcy attorney on the PLANET!! He achieved everything he said he would, was always attentive and available as needed. As emotionally draining as this process can be Russell made it virtually painless. I could not make a higher recommendation! If this had 6 stars I would give him 6 stars.

Was not helpful at all called many times for reimbursement due to having personal matters could not go through bankruptcy , staff is unprofessional and was not able to get a refund due to a file they stated they created was not represented at all they deserve a 0 Thanks for nothing
