Lack of preparation and attention to detail in some cases

“There are times he came to the court unprepared without the correct paperwork and the videos, luckily I always carried my own copies to court. You could tell he didn't look over the paperwork to be prepared, I had to walk him through the timeline in court for cross examination because he free styled the questions for the defendant.”
