Ashley is at the top of her Game and a nice lady

Gale and Ashley are incredibly competent, professional, forward-thinking and kind. They know the laws, procedures, and always have their client’s best interests at heart. These two professionals are brilliant in their approach, fierce but professional in the courtroom, and respectful and full of tact in negotiations and mediations. They are the absolute best in their field and I’m very thankful that I have them in my corner.

Ms Weinberg and staff were attentive, professional, and kind during a horrible time in my life. Gale was fair and upfront. I did feel she had my best interests at heart. No divorce is easy. It’s just a part of life that sometimes is unavoidable. Gale did the best she could to make it a little easier. I would recommend her if asked.

I went to Gale Weinberg with lint in my pockets. I heard she’s the best. I was referred to her from a famous country club member where I work. I was so nervous. Thinking she is going to be like ever other lawyer. I told Gale that I caddy for one of your clients and he highly recommends you. I was able to save up a little money. Much less then her retainer. I had already had 3 other lawyers. I have nothing to show for all the money and lost time. All these other lawyers bailed on me. After my retainer was up. The mother of my child is represented by her father. The fight wasn’t easy. I am poor. Ms. Weinberg said: “I will help you. I’m not worried about the money! I will work with you!” Gale saw the fight I had been going through. Ms. Weinberg looked into my heart and saw the pain in my eyes. I just wanted a relationship with my only child! It wasn’t easy. We had to visit the courts so many times, actually years! Ms. Weinberg stuck by me for 5 years. Every time we went to court. The other party would come up with another legal delay. I just wanted to give up. Ms. Weinberg was there for support. She was like a therapist. She kept her word to me. No one has ever done that. She always responded to my worried rambling emails. She always was there for comfort. This women gives lawyers a great rap. It is only because of Ms. Weinberg that I am in a position to build a healthy relationship with my daughter. I worried about the money I owed her. She always, reminded me: " I’m here to help you! We will work it out." I was finally able to hear my daughter voice and see what she looked like. For the first time in almost ten years. I highly recommend Ms. Weinberg.

We sought Ashley Cooper's counsel for my mother's divorce case. My mom was in a totally hopeless situation. She found out that my dad secretly sold their family business and he was going to take the money and run away to his country in less then 2 weeks. We talked to two lawyers prior to finding Ashley and they all said that stopping my dad was not possible. Ashley got a judge to sign a court order freezing my dads money and putting him on travel ban less then 24 hrs after hiring her. She is hands down the best lawyer I have ever come across. She is understanding, super intelligent, aggressive and knows all the ins and outs of matrimonial law. I would not hesitate to seek her counsel again if needed.

You can't put a price on that kind of service! My first contact with this office was when Anne answered the phone that morning -she was so kind, and patient and took the time to hear me out and without hesitation got me in for a consultation with Ashley Cooper that same day! Anne also took the time to prepare me and gave me advice on how to make the best of my time during my meeting with Ashley. When I met with Ashley, from the very first conversation, she made me feel like she genuinely cared, understood what I was saying and validated how I was feeling. She listened to every one of my concerns, never ever rush me off the phone, explained all my legal options and at the end of the meeting I knew I had to have her represent me. She was so positive and comforting I felt like I had known her for a long time (even though I just met this woman). Every meeting we had whether on the phone or in person, I consistently felt heard, respected, cared about and assured that I was going to get through this. We spent a lot of time together preparing for this case and there were many obstacles with the adversary that would send me on an emotional rollercoaster. She was never intimidated by their tactics, and every single time anything happened, she immediately took action to resolve the issue. Then we were quickly either on the phone or on email to discuss. She is an excellent communicator, there was never a time where I was left in the dark wondering what was going on with the case or what something meant. Not one time in the entire 9+ months that she represented me, did I ever have to wait for her to get back to me on something, she was available by all means of communication while she was in the office or out. She always answered all my questions and responded to every one of my (sometimes really longwinded) emails. One of biggest comforts was that even though I was going through such an emotionally traumatizing crisis, during the process, I never felt alone. She constantly reassured me that everything was going to be ok, and reminded me of the positives I had in my life. As the case continued, she took the time to prepare me for the court appearances, and every next step that was coming up. She would start every conversation with asking me how I was and really listened to me as I tried to sort out my emotions and told her about my concerns. When we had court appearances, she always was there early to meet with me before court and stayed with me after. She would take whatever time was needed to make sure I was feeling ok, if I had any questions and understood what had happened, and what our next step was. I never felt rushed or like she wasn’t paying attention. I was impressed with how prepared and organized she was for every court appearance. During a time where I was emotionally a wreck and confused on where my life would go after this divorce, the comfort and care that Ashley (and her firm) gave me was essential to my mental health. I really felt and still do feel that I was not just a client, but a that I became part of their little family in the office. Every time I would come into the office or call on the phone, the whole staff was caring and even other lawyers & staff in the firm (Melissa, Gail, Anne, etc.) took the time to greet me, talk to me and made me feel valued. All these things big and small were consistent confirmations that retaining Ashley was the best decision I could have made and till this day even though the divorce is final, she still keeps in touch to make sure I am ok and if I have a question, she still responds right away. She made me feel as though I was her only client even though I know I wasn’t. I had her full attention every interaction we had. I may have made the mistake of marrying the wrong man-but the best decision I ever made was retaining Weinberg & Cooper to represent me. I am stronger & wiser now thanks to everything they did with me and for me.
